This way, we want to give you insight into your talents and naturally preferred competences, so that these can immediately serve as the basis for your development. We see this as part of your competence-based development.

Besides coaching from your manager and learning on the job, you will find other tools within Rademaker that will help you achieve your goals. We would like to mention two in particular:

our academy

The Rademaker Academy is part of our Service department and takes care of developing and providing all kinds of training courses, both for our customers as well as for our own employees. You can think of various training courses on dough technology, or the technology of our production lines themselves, from entry level to advanced subjects.

Are you going to work as a Bakery Technologist? Then there is a good chance that you will attend our three-day basic training course on dough technology. Would you like to develop into a Commissioning Engineer? Then you will simulate failures in the practical room of our Rademaker Academy.

Our own trainers are happy to play a role in developing your knowledge and skills. The wide range of training courses lends itself to every phase of your Rademaker career.

Our brainfood college

The Rademaker Brainfood College is a collective name for your digital learning environment. The starting point and environment where you can find everything related to your development. Everything in one place, very convenient.

Among other things, you have access to more than 200 different e-learnings from GoodHabitz, as well as dozens of e-learnings developed in-house that are related to the roles within Rademaker, but also to our processes and tools.

From the self-developed training Self-knowledge, fixed part of your first weeks at Rademaker, you get acquainted with your personal profile according to Insights Discovery. Through this methodology, you gain insight into your natural behavior, as well as your frustrations and blind spots. Because getting things done together is one of our core values, this insight helps you understand yourself ánd your colleagues!
