I immediately felt welcome when I started at Rademaker in 2020. Everything was arranged for me and I could start immediately.
Fortunately, as an employee, I have not had to worry about job security during the corona era. Rademaker is healthy and solid.

I work as part of the sales department as a Sales Engineer for the French speaking region. Together with my colleagues in Culemborg, I work closely with our sales people in France. Together with a team of bakery technology, product management and engineering, I am part of the sales process. The combined efforts of these disciplines make Rademaker a global player in this market. I find it exciting and important to work together with people from other countries and cultures, to set up and complete a good project. Rademaker gives me enough variety for this, as France is just one of Rademakers six global sales offices. Exchanges between the regions take place regularly and this way we learn from our customers and each other.

In my role I play a part in the creation of our quotations. Starting with a request for quotation from an area sales manager we determine the technical concept. In this process I am closely involved in the discussion of the concept internally and at the same time bringing together the wishes and needs of the customer. Regularly, the area sales manager and sales engineer visit our customers to discuss the projects and see in the field how we can realize our projects the best way possible. My job requires not only a technical eye, but also a feel for the process and how to realize the customer’s product on our machines. I truly enjoy both aspects!
