I lived most of my life in Spain, where I went to university to study Mechanical Engineering, as well as my masters in Industrial Design. Afterwards, I started looking for a job to develop myself further and decided that the best step for my career would be a job at Rademaker.
From the moment I joined Rademaker, I have always felt supported with my personal development. I now work as a Lead Engineer at Order Engineering within the bread team. I am responsible for drawing different types of machines that are part of the production line. This position gives me the opportunity to be creative and responsible for problem-solving at the same time. I am faced with different machines every day, as each line has customer specific units and variations. The great thing about my job is that I can personally see my drawings on our assembly floor. Nothing is more satisfying than seeing my own creations come to life.
Another aspect I value a lot in Rademaker is the access to, and standardisation of, information. My colleagues and I share the same information, which makes us work well together and makes our work easy. In addition, there are many courses I can sign up for to keep developing myself. But above all, Rademaker would not be the same without its great colleagues. Everyone is willing to help and have fun together, which makes daily work easier.
